Challenge #7

Here we are with our 7th Challenge of Kids Can Scrap!! Isn't this so much fun?! We are having a blast and hope that all you are too!

For the month of March, we want you to think "Monochromatic". That's a big fancy word for using the same color throughout your layout or whatever project you wish to create. We want you to do a layout, mini-album, altered item, whatever! But you need to use one main color throughout. It's ok to have some other color here and there. However, we should be able to pick out what your main color is.

Here are two example layouts done by Nessa. Obviously, Purple is Nessa's main color here.
She used mostly pink on this layout, although there are some other colors involved too.

Now it's your turn! Show us what you can do with color. You have until midnight on March 31st to get in your submissions and then we will announce the winner on April 1st. The winner will receive a prize pack from our sponsor, American Crafts! We will post a picture of the prize soon.

Because this is the 7th challenge and this is March, both considered lucky, we are going to do something a little special. We have a "Lucky Color" already picked out. If anyone uses this as their main color, then their name will go into the drawing 2 times! So Good Luck and most of all....Have Fun Creating!!!!!

GREAT challenge!

Bryn (age 7) went with PINK & also tried using her kid's sewing machine (she received for Christmas) to stitch "like Mommy" on paper for the first time. She got pretty frustrated that it "her lines weren't straight," but I thought it turned out GREAT...

Please let me know if I need to resend it.
